IT Technician Level 2 or 3

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for PCs, servers, and applications
  • Experience with remote support of users
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Experience:

  • Proficient in Solar Winds or PRTG (a minimum of 7 years)
  • Proficient in Windows Server Support

    • Active Directory
    • DFS
    • Group Policy
    • Exchange
    • SQL
  • Proficient in Windows Desktop Support

  • WAN/LAN
  • Office 365

  • Cisco Meraki

  • Webroot

  • VMware ESXI

Not required but would be a plus:

  • Sharepoint
  • IIS

Education:

BA degree in a related field with a minimum of 7years experience or equivalent job experience (10+years’ experience)
